Unsatisfactory on the Poor Hygiene and the Service Provided

We had dinner at your restaurant on last Sunday (6th Mar 2011) at around seven o'clock. We had ordered two bowls of lobster soup, a Hawaii pizza and a Lasagna Deluxe. The taste of the food are (tense and singular /plural) merely acceptable. More worse, the unhygienic environment made us feel particularly uncomfortable. Moreover, it was especially sickening for us to discover two cockroaches inside both soups. Therefore, we asked the waiter for the replacement of the soups. However, he just picked the cockroaches out of the soups in front of us and left. Finally, we got stomach ache at that night and went to the hospital.

We were so disappointed on the poor environment and service provided. We hope that your restaurant would provide proper training to your staff and waiters. Moreover, the improvement towards your environment is expected.

We would like to have an apology and a full refund of our meal from your restaurant.

We are sorry that the meal you brought from us and the service were unsatisfactory.

After receiving your complaint, we immediately went to the location and investigated the restaurant environment. We have to apologize for the unsatisfactory eating environment and had asked the relevant staff to improve it. As for the food quality, it is totally unacceptable to hear that there were two cockroches inside the soups. Therefore, we had ordered the staff to clean the kitchen regularly to prevent the issue happened again. For the poor-serviced waiter, we had laid off him afterwards. (this is harsh punishment, and might reflect poorly on the company;always do something positive rather than negative)

We do appreciate your comment on our restaurant. To show our goodwill, we are willing to pay the hospital fee together will one-year-free meal coupon that you can use it for whole year. (too generous)
